You should know how Broadsaying Roofing works and how we get paid. This page lays it out. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer. Providers Roof.

Broadsaying Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent roofing providers. We do not inspect roofs. We do not do roof repair, roof replacement, storm or hail damage repair, or any other roofing work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Broadsaying Roofing for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Pay can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Broadsaying Roofing. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its warranties, permits, licenses and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement. It is also not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

It's Your Call

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Get it in writing. Compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. This is done for quality, verification and billing.
