Who We Are

Broadsaying Roofing is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local roofing providers. That is the whole job.

We do not climb roofs. We do not send out crews. The providers in our network do the inspecting, quoting and roofing.

Why This Site Exists

Most roof trouble starts small. A stained ceiling. A curled shingle. A tile that has slipped. People often wait because they do not know who to call or what to ask.

This site fixes that. We explain the early signs in plain words. Then we help you reach a provider who can take a real look. Small signs, small fix.

How Matching Works

You tell us what is going on. You tell us where the home is. We pass that to a provider in our network who works in your area.

The provider then contacts you. You talk it through. If it makes sense, the provider inspects the roof and gives you a written quote.

You can say no at any point. There is no obligation.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to do a few basic things:

• Explain what they find in simple terms
• Put quotes in writing
• Answer your questions straight
• Follow the rules that apply where they work

Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and workmanship. Ask to see them. Any good provider will expect the question.

What We Do Not Do

We do not do roofing work. We do not set prices. We do not promise a result, a date or an insurance payout.

We also do not sit in the middle of your job. Once you connect with a provider, the agreement is between you and that provider. Read it before you sign it. Get it in writing.

How We Get Paid

You do not pay Broadsaying Roofing to use this service. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner.

That fee does not change what a provider should quote you. Still, compare quotes when you can. Prices vary by roof size, materials, pitch and the shape of the job.

Look Up First

Before you call anyone, look up at your roof from the ground. Check for missing or cracked pieces, sagging, dark streaks and debris. Check the ceiling inside for stains.

In a humid, storm-prone region, small flaws grow fast. Spotting them early gives you time to plan, compare and choose.
